News: Palm Pre webOS Update 1.0.4

Palm has released a new update to the webOS for the Palm Pre (1.0.4). This update addresses several security issues with Palm webOS platform.
It also causes some homemade apps not to work because those apps used security flaws in order to be installed. Townsend Ladd Harris a Palm Pre homebrew developer reported the security flaws to Palm. The main security flaw that was fixed related to users installing homebrew apps via email, with 1.0.4 you can no longer install applications via Email.
According to the Palm Blog "This release addresses several security issues with Palm webOS software." The update is 12MB in size.
